基层妇幼保健院感染管理现状与对策

Current situation and countermeasure of infection management in grass-roots healthcare hospital of women and children

目的探讨基层妇幼院感染管理中存在的共性问题,提出对策。方法对2009年5-7月晋城地区7所妇幼院医院感染管理督导检查中发现的问题提出相应措施,于11月进行效果评估。结果感染管理组织机构不健全、管理意识淡薄、建筑布局不合理、医疗废物管理不规范等,是目前基层妇幼院感染管理中存在的共性问题。结论通过健全组织机构、加强培训、树立感染控制意识、改进建筑布局、实时环节质量控制、注重突出问题的有效管理对基层妇幼院感染控制有良好效果。

OBJECTIVE To explore the general problems and propose countermeasure on infection management in the healthcare hospital of women and children.METHODS From May to Jul 2009,the corresponding measures were proposed to the problems in the check of hospital infection on 7 hospitals of women and children and the effects were evaluated in Nov.RESULTS Infection management organizations was imperfect,the awareness to the management was weak,the construction layout was irrational and the management of medical waste control irregular etc.is the common problems on Infection Management in the grass-roots healthcare hospital of women and children.CONCLUSION Through perfecting the organization,strengthening the training,establishing the concept of infection prevention according to the actual situation to improve building layout,controlling the link of quality in time and focusing on the effective management to the outstanding problems,the good effects on infection control can be achieved.
