摘要
目的回顾总结2010年利用PDCA环原理进行血源性感染防护(血源防护)教育培训经验。方法遵循P(plan,计划)、D(do,实施)、C(check,检查)、A(action,总结)的标准化、科学化的循环体系进行调查,结合实际情况,制定切实可行、内容丰富的培训计划;关注重点科室、重点环节、重点流程及危险因素;精心组织,多形式开展培训;科学反馈,及时总结。结果培训强化了职工标准预防观念、个人防护意识,改变了职业防护态度和行为,增加了职工职业暴露报告的依从性和暴露后正确预防措施的贯彻。结论应用PDCA环原理进行培训,可促使人人参与、突出重点和明确责任,利于团队成员相互配合,达到培训效果;同时利于制定培训标准,形成培训制度。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the PDCA cycle system application in education and training of protection of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens during the year of 2010.METHODS The PDCA(plan,do,check,action) scientific cycle system was followed to investigate the actual situation and made a practical,content-rich training plan;Focused on key departments,key links and key processes and related risk factors;Applied considered organization,and colorful activities to carry out education and training;Also conducted scientific feedback and timely summary.RESULTS Improved the staff's level of knowledge on standards precaution,established their personal prevention awareness,and changed their attitudes and behaviors on protection from occupational exposure.Also promoted the post-exposure management and increased the number of report in the hospital.CONCLUSION PDCA cycle system shows the effect on staff′s education and training of prevention of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens,particularly,it helps to focus on intervention,relevant departments′ and personnel′s responsibility and team members cooperation to achieve the expected results.Meanwhile,PDCA can facilitate the development of training rules and the formation of the training system.
