Risk factors for occupational injury of trauma orthopedic nurses and protective measures

目的探讨创伤骨科护士职业损伤因素与防护措施。方法根据创伤骨科护士专业特点,分析职业损伤的危险因素,制定有针对性的防护措施。结果提高了创伤骨科护士职业损伤的防护意识和防护方法。结论加强职业安全教育,提高防护意识,是减少职业损伤的关键;合理安排人力、物力资源,加强高危人群防护,是减少职业损伤的必要措施,这样才能确保护士的身心健康,减少医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the occupational injury risk factors of trauma orthopedic nurses and protective measures.METHODS According to the specialty of trauma orthopedic nurses,the risk factors of occupational injury were analyzed,and the protective measures for nurses were worked out.RESULTS The measures improved the self protective awareness and conscious protective behaviors of orthopedic nurses.CONCLUSION It is important to enhance the education of occupational safety to improve the protective awareness for reducing occupational injury.To reasonably arrange the human and material resources and strengthen the protection of high-risk population can ensure the health of nurse and reduce nosocomial infection.
