摘要
目的通过开展手卫生中的医学伦理学教育,实现对医务人员精神层面等深层次的理念干预,达到提高手卫生依从性的目标。方法开展多种形式的手卫生医学伦理学教育,运用广泛宣传的渗透及集中讲座、手卫生消耗量反馈分析会等不同形式,进行医务人员理念干预及教育,对实施手卫生医学伦理学教育前后的资料进行统计分析。结果干预后暗访调查手卫生依从性提高,手卫生洗手液等消耗量提高,医学伦理学教育干预有效。结论在具备基本的手卫生设施条件下,影响手卫生依从性的主要因素是观念,医学伦理学教育是责任感与医德义务的教育,将手卫生上升到医德境界去考量,增强手卫生的责任感,可以有效提高对手卫生的重视程度。
OBJECTIVE To carry out medical ethics education in hand hygiene,to achieve the concept intervention in-depth such as spiritual level for medical staff,complete the target of hand hygiene compliance.METHODS The various forms of medical ethics education of hand hygiene were carried out,extensive publicity was used,concerted lectures,feedback analysis of the consumption of hand hygiene and other forms of activities,the aim of the concept intervention and medical education to staff was achieved and statistical analysis of hand hygiene medical ethics education materials was performed.RESULTS Medical ethics education intervention was effective in improving hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene consumption according to unannounced visits after the intervention.CONCLUSION Concept is a major factor for hand hygiene compliance with basic hand hygiene health facilities,Medical ethics is the education of responsibility and obligations.Increasing hand hygiene to the realm of medical ethics and enhancing the sense of hand hygiene can effectively improve the attention to hand fhygiene.
