Establishment of New Accounting System

新制度如果落实得好,医院将抛开资产管理混乱、资产账面价值不实等历史包袱,轻装上阵;反之将会成为一个顽疾。

New policies about hospitals' financial system and accounting system will be implemented in pilot cities of public hospital reform since July 1 st,201 1,and all hospitals in China since January 1 st,2012.'Financial System in Primary Hospitals' and 'Accounting System in Primary Hospitals' which are issued recently,as well as 'Guideline for Hospital Financial Report Audit' issued by Chinese Association of Public Certified Accountants,will take effect since July 1 st,2011.When the hospitals have not received practice training,and relevant regulations are still not clear,if the original timeline needs to be strictly followed,most hospitals will face the challenge of fulfilling heavy tasks in limited time.
