补充铁剂对上海育龄妇女贫血改善效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解贫血育龄妇女补充铁剂的效果,为改善这部分人群的铁营养状况提供依据和方法。方法招募贫血的育龄妇女74名,按Hb随机分成干预组和对照组,年龄21~45岁,每日分别口服1包铁营养包(主要成分为焦磷酸铁和富马酸铁,含铁8mg)和安慰剂,连续服用3个月观察效果。干预前后两组均进行贫血相关指标检查、饮食频率调查及24h饮食回顾调查。结果干预3个月后干预组血红蛋白值由(104.9±8.84)g/L上升到(113.1±12.36)g/L,对照组由(104.4±8.96)g/L上升到(107.1±11.4)g/L,干预组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),干预组和对照组血红蛋白值达标例数分别为10例和5例,比例分别为29.4%和14.3%。总铁摄入量(饮食铁加补充的铁)与血红蛋白值的改变呈正相关(r=0.372,P〈0.01)。结论连续3个月每日补充8mg铁可以改善育龄妇女的贫血状况。 Objective To find out the effect of supplementary iron improving anemia,in order to improve the health of these people and provide basis and methods to develop interventions.Methods 74 childbearing age women aged 21 to 45 years with anemia were randomly grouped as intervention and control by Hb,and respectively eta a packet of iron nutrition package(mainly composed of ferric pyrophosphate and ferrous fumarate,including iron 8mg) and placebo daily for three months and then observed effect.Anemia relevant indicators,food frequency survey,and 24 hour dietary recall survey were performed in both groups before and after intervention.Results Hb of the intervention and control groups were form(104.9±8.84)g/L up to(113.1±12.36)g/L group and form(104.4±8.96)g/L up to(107.1±11.4)g/L respectively after three months.The intervention group was significantly higher(P0.05) than the control.The numbers of Hb≥120 g/L in intervention and control group respectively were 10 and 5,and rates were 29.4% and 14.3%.Nutritional status of both groups are not significantly different.The intake of dietary iron was 15.6g/L,under 80% of RNI.The dietary iron was mainly from plant foods,total iron intake(dietary iron and iron supplement) showed positive correlation with the change of Hb(r=0.372,P0.01).Conclusion 8mg of iron supplement daily for three consecutive months can improved anemia status in childbearing age women.
