医务人员手表面微生物监测效果评价

Microbiological Monitoring of Medical Personnel Evaluation of Hand Surface

目的强化医务人员手卫生意识,提高洗手效果,减少医源性交叉感染的发生。方法所有参与研究的医务人员均采用标准的七步洗手法,强化培训之前手表面细菌菌落数监测资料作为对照组,强化培训3个月后手表面细菌菌落数监测资料作为实验组,对两组资料进行分析。结果实验组总合格率为95.49%,对照组总合格率为84.76%,合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.15,P<0.01)。结论医务人员手卫生意识强,手卫生制度落实,洗手程序规范到位,能有效提高洗手效果。

Objective Strengthen medical personnel hand-health consciousness and improve hand washing effect can reduce iatrogenic cross-infection occurrence.Methods All investigators use standard seven-steps washing hands,The hand surface bacterial colonies before strengthened training was regarded as control group,after three months education and assessment,the subsequent surface bacterial colonies data was regarded as the test group,then observed and analyzed the two groups outcomes.Results Total qualified rate in test group was 95.49% and in the control group was 84.76%,the difference of hand hygiene results between before and after training has statistical significance（χ2=15.15,P0.01）.Conclusion Strong awareness of hand hygiene in medical personnel,strong hand hygiene system implementation program in place,can improve the standard washing effect.
