摘要
目的探讨小剂量的布比卡因联合芬太尼作用于老年患者手术的麻醉效果。方法选取深圳南山人民医院自2008年10月至2010年5月行手术治疗老年患者50例,按照随机原则分为研究组(A组,n=25例),对照组(B组,n=25例),A组于蛛网膜下腔注入(0.75%布比卡因和0.005%芬太尼各0.8mL)。B组注入仅0.75%布比卡因1.6mL,比较两组的麻醉效果进行分析。结果两组患者麻醉顺利,无神经系统并发症。其麻醉效果比较发现:A组血流动力学稳定,不良反应少,运动神经阻滞程度较轻并且恢复快,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量的布比卡因联合芬太尼在腰麻手术中效果满意,发挥镇痛作用同时,不良反应发生少且能减轻运动阻滞作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the bupivacaine in small doses joint fentanyl anesthesia operation effect in elderly patients.Methods Select hospital since October 2008 to 2010 May go to surgery elderly patients,according to the principle of 50 cases randomly divided into research group（group A,n= 25 cases）,and the control group（group B,n= 25 cases）,A group in subarachnoid injection（0.75% bupivacaine and 0.005% fentanyl each 0.8mL）.Group B only 0.75% bupivacaine 1.6mL,compare two groups of anesthesia effect is analysed.Results Two groups of patient anesthesia,no neurological complications smoothly.Its anaesthetic effect comparison： A group of hemodynamic stability,fewer side effects,and sports nerves block to a lesser degree and faster recovery,both differences was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Small doses of bupivacaine joint fentanyl in the operation on the waist with satisfactory effect and massachusetts play analgesic action at the same time,adverse reaction are less and can reduce sports block function,popularization.
