综合疗法治疗乳腺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation with Breast Cancer Treated by Breast-conserving Surgery and Combined Treatment

目的分析研究乳腺癌综合治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析在广元市中心医院肿瘤科进行治疗的23例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,并分析其近期疗效。结果 23例患者均行保乳手术,术后均辅以化疗、放疗或内分泌治疗等。23例患者术后均恢复良好,随访半年,无1例死亡,无1例局部复发,出现肝及肺转移1例,保乳手术后患者美容效果满意率为86.96%。结论综合治疗可降低乳腺癌保乳术后局部复发,提高患者生存率、局部控制率,美容效果满意。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer.Methods 23 cases with breast cancer received breast-conserving surgery were analyzed retrospectively,and analyzes short-term curative effect.Results 23 patients were performed the breast surgery,who with the complementary with chemotherapy and radiotherapy or endocrine therapy.All cases were followed-up for 6 months after operation.The patients had recovered well and no death and local recurrence were found.The liver and lung metastases were found in 1 cases.A satisfactory rate of cosmetic result was in 86.96%after breast-conserving surgery.Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for breast cancer patients,it is key to reduce postoperative local recurrence and obtained a satisfactory cosmetic results.
