加贝酯联合奥曲肽对重症急性胰腺炎肠道屏障功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察加贝酯与奥曲肽(善宁)联合治疗对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者肠屏障功能的影响。方法 48例SAP患者随机分为奥曲肽组(对照组)和加贝酯与奥曲肽组(实验组)。实验组则在对照组基础上加用加贝酯300mg加入5%葡萄糖500ml静脉滴注3d后改为100mg静脉滴注7d。在第1、7、14天检测二胺氧化酶(DAO)、血浆内毒素、尿乳果糖与甘露醇的比值(L/M)。结果 2组患者在第1、7、14天2组二胺氧化酶、内毒素及尿乳果糖与甘露醇的比值均呈递减趋势;在第7天对照者组血浆内毒素、二胺氧化酶及尿乳果糖与甘露醇的比值分别为(10.3±3.2)EU/mL、(17.6±4.8)U/L和(0.27±0.13),而实验组为(7.4±2.5)EU/mL、(10.6±4.5)U/L和(0.17±0.07),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SAP患者实施加贝酯联合奥曲肽较单用奥曲肽更能降低SAP患者病程早期肠道通透性,减少内毒素的易位,对SAP患者肠屏障功能有保护作用。
