摘要
先合成侧链碳原子数为14~30的聚丙烯酸酯(PA)防蜡剂,再对聚丙烯酸酯类防蜡剂进行极性改性,考察改性PA防蜡剂的作用机制。结果表明:当侧链碳原子数等于26时PA防蜡剂效果较好;引入含氮的极性基团会改善防蜡剂的防蜡效果;当极性基团的摩尔分数为25%时防蜡剂的防蜡效果最好;防蜡剂的加入使原油中的蜡结晶成小晶体,由于电性排斥,蜡晶高度分散而稳定存在。
Polyacrylates(PA paraffin inhibitor) with the carbon numbers of the alkyl side chain C14~30 were synthesized.PA paraffin inhibitor was modified by adding polar agents.In addition,the action mechanism of the modified paraffin inhibitor was studied.The results show that when the carbon number of the alkyl side chain is 26,the effect of PA is the best.The introduction of nitrogen-containing polar groups into the molecule structure of PA improves its performance.When the polar groups mole fraction is 0.25,the performance of PA is the best.Paraffin inhibitor can make wax crystal become smaller shape.Wax crystal exists in steady dispersion state as a result of electric exclusion.
