摘要 为探讨教师标准化病人的培训方法,于2009年10月挑选了10名内科系统临床带教老师参加教师标准化病人系统培训,经过理论学习、个案学习以及综合演示培训及考核,最终有6名带教老师成为合格的教师标准化病人。教师标准化病人教学模式在临床内科护理教学中的应用,提高了临床带教老师的自身素质及带教水平,节省了医院教学人力财力的投入,缓解了教学资源匮乏的矛盾,提高了临床教学的考核水平。但也存在一些不足:难以模拟患者客观体征;能模仿的病种有限,难以满足所有教学需要;教师自行编写案例,需要花费较多时间;临床一线带教老师女性占多数,模拟病人有性别偏向性。有待进一步研究完善。 This paper was to discuss the training of teacher standardized patient(TSP).10 clinical teachers in internal medicine selected attended TSP training in October 2009 and 6 of them were qualified TSPs after theoretical study,case study,comprehensive presentation training and the final assessment.The application of TSP in nursing of internal medicine was beneficial to the improvement of clinical teaching.While some disadvantages such as more female TSPs,limited disease types were displayed as well.Further study on TSP and improvement of its training are needed.
