根据中央农村工作会议、全国农业工作会议的要求,依据全国农业机械化工作会议的部署,当前很有必要改变农牧业机械管理的重心。这要求我们认真深入坚持科学发展观,坚定不移的走中国特色的农机化发展道路,将转变农机化的发展方式做为主线,以调整优化装备结构布局、主攻克服当前薄弱环节的机械化、推广研制先进农机化技术等为重要任务。

According to the Central Rural Work Conference,at the request of the national agricultural work,according to the national work conference of agricultural mechanization,it is necessary to change the current focus of management of agricultural machinery.This requires that we carefully adhere to the scientific concept of development in depth,a firm with Chinese characteristics,development of agricultural roads,will change the way the development of agricultural technology as the main line,to adjust and optimize the structure and layout of equipment,the main weaknesses to overcome the current mechanization,to promote development of advanced agricultural technology and other important tasks.
