摘要
高速主轴目前没有明确的定义,一般dn值在1.0×106以上的主轴为高速主轴。但随着轴承和润滑技术的发展,主轴的转速也在逐年提高,目前主轴的dn值已达到4.0×106mm.r/min。文章就机床主轴实现高速化的几个关键技术进行分析探讨。
High-speed spindle has no clear definition of the current general dn value of more than 1.0 × 106 high-speed spindle axis.However,with the bearing and lubrication technology,the spindle developing the speed of the spindle also gradually increased,the current value of the spindle has reached dn 4.0 × 106 mm.r /min.In this paper,it analizes high-speed machine tool spindle of several key technologies.
