节气门位置传感器的功用是将节气门开度转变成电信号输入ECU。节气门的开度代表发动机负荷的大小,ECU根据节气门开度信号判断发动机的工况,如怠速工况、部分负荷工况、大负荷工况等,从而对发动机进行相应的控制。节气门位置传感器一般固定在节气门室的外部,个别的在节气门室内部。文章主要对传感器的原理及检修方法进行了简要的分析,以便于读者在维修过程中更好更快的解决由于节气门位置传感器故障造成的不必要麻烦。

The function of throttle position sensor is co nverted into electrical signals throttle input ECU.Representative of throttle opening the size of the engine load,ECU according to engine throttle position signal,ECU determines the working conditions,such as the idle condition,part-load conditions,high load,so as to control the engine accordingly.Throttle position sensor fixed to the throttle chamber generally outside of individual rooms within the throttle.In this paper,the sensor principle and maintenance of a brief analysis of methods to facilitate the reader in the repair process better and faster solution to the throttle position sensor failure caused unnecessary trouble.
