摘要
汽缸套行业普遍认为,磷在硼铸铁中有助于提高耐磨性,因而采用0.2%~0.4%的含磷量。通过理论和实践的综合分析,认为磷不利于充分发挥硼铸铁的耐磨性,磷加大了汽缸套的夹杂倾向,磷提高了汽缸套的制造成本,硼铸铁汽缸套采用磷<0.1%是可行的。
Cylinder industry generally believe that phosphorus in cast iron that contribute to improve the wear resistance,and thus by 0.2 to 0.4% of the phosphorus.By comprehensive analysis of theory and practice,that phosphorus is not conducive to full play the wear resistance of cast iron,phosphorus increased the tendency of inclusion cylinder liners,cylinder liners phosphorus increased manufacturing costs,boron cast iron cylinder liners with P 0.1% Is feasible.
