绿色壁垒对我国农产品国际贸易的影响及应对措施

中国加入WTO将推动农业参与全球化竞争,在为中国农业发展提供更多机遇的同时也将使中国农业面临巨大的挑战和风险。当前,在国际贸易中绿色贸易壁垒问题已不可回避,农业作为一种弱质产业更容易受其影响。文章绿色贸易壁垒的概念入手,对绿色贸易壁垒理论进行概述,从政府和企业两个角度,提出了一些可操作性的对策建议。

China＇s accession to WTO will promote t he globalization of competition in agriculture,agricultural development in China and also provide more opportunities for China＇s agriculture will face enormous challenges and risks.Currently,the green barriers in international trade problem can not be avoided,agriculture as a weak industry more easily affected.Trade barriers with the concept of green paper,an overview of the theory of the green trade barriers,both from government and business point of view,put forward some workable suggestions.
