摘要
薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的一个重要组成部分,文章首分析了中小企业薪酬管理存在的问题,并从中小企业薪酬政策要具有内部公平性和外部竟争性、改变员工薪酬水平决定的随意性等方面进行了分析,并提出相应的对策。
Compensation management is the management of human resources is an important part,the paper first analyzes the problems in the management of SMEs pay and remuneration policy to be from the small and medium enterprises with internal equity and external competitive nature,the decision to change the level of staff salaries randomness and other aspects of the analysis and proposed countermeasures.
