摘要
常德市粮食产业优势突出,但还存在种粮比较效益低、粮农素质不高、水利建设严重滞后、粮食质量安全存有隐患等问题,为此必须稳定粮食价格,严格加强耕地保护,着力抓好沃土工程建设,不断优化发展粮食生产的环境。
The advantages of Changde City is prominent grain industry,but there are still relatively low efficiency of grain,not high quality food and agriculture,water conservancy construction is seriously lagging behind,there are risks such as food quality and safety issues,this must be stable food prices,strict strengthen farmland protection,efforts to Grasp soil engineering,and continually optimize the development of food production environment.
