随着空巢家庭的出现,大量空巢老人由于各种原因不能有效的安排自己的闲暇时间。越来越多的老人感到不幸福,孤独寂寞。文章认为,人的老年期应被看作生命过程中一个充满生机的环节,通过鼓励老年人投入并享受充实而富有意义的闲暇生活,可以使他们感受到生命的价值。
