技工院校学生学习自信心不足、学习兴趣不高是技工教育提高人才培养质量的制约因素。本文通过分析技工院校学生自信心不强、学习兴趣不高的表现和原因,提出了提高、增强学生自信心和学习兴趣的方法、措施。

Mechanic college students are lack of the confidence and high interest in learning which is constraints.to improve the quality of the training craft education.This paper analyzes the mechanics college students self-confidence is not strong,nor high interest in learning performance and the reasons put forward to improve and enhance student self-confidence and interest in learning the methods and measures.
