摘要
为了获得红栓菌胞外多糖 ,研究了红栓菌深层培养条件。用优化的发酵培养基 ,深层培养红栓菌 ,经 2 8℃ ,160r/min的摇瓶培养 ,84h后 ,红栓菌胞外多糖的产量可达 1 5 2 g/L。在气升式发酵罐中进行培养 ,红栓菌菌丝球的生长遵循Logistic模型 ,即Xt =( 0 172e2 953t) / [1 0 32 8( 1 e2 953t) ],当通气量为 0 8vvm时 ,培养 84h后 ,胞外多糖产量可以达到 1 65 g/L。
In order to obtain the exocellular polysaccharide(ECP) of Pycnoporus cinnabairus,the production conditions of Pycnoporus cinn abarius in submerged culture were studied The result showed that the ECP accumulated to 1 58g/L in shak flash under optimum conditions The mycelium growth in air lift fermentor follows Logistic law,i,e,Xt=(0 172e 2 953t )/ [1 0 328(1 e 2 953t )] ,when the air flow attained 0 8vvm, the ECP for 84h were 1 68g/L
