行业职业院校的办学性质决定了，既要，做好学历教育的教学，又要，做好行业职工的培训，本文对图书馆服务于“教培融合”的模式进行了实践探索。

Decided by industry -oriented features, industry -oriented vocational colleges have to undertake not only Diploma teaching but also employee training. This paper does research into library service to teaching -training integration model form a practical perspective.
