聚硅酸硫酸铝镁的制备及其除浊试验研究 被引量:2

Preparation of Polymerized Silicate Containing Aluminium Sulfate and Magnesium Sulfate and Experimental Research on Turbidity Removal

摘要 以硅酸钠、硫酸铝、硫酸镁为原料,采用共聚法制备了无机高分子絮凝剂——聚硅酸硫酸铝镁(PSAMS),首先研究了硅酸钠浓度(以SiO2计)、pH对凝胶时间的影响,确定了硅酸钠溶液含SiO22%、pH=5为制备聚硅酸的较佳条件。然后研究了Si/Al摩尔比、Si/Mg摩尔比及熟化时间对产品PSAMS除浊性能的影响,通过正交试验得到了制备PSAMS的最佳条件为:Si/Mg摩尔比为1∶2.5、pH=4、熟化时间为5h,在最佳条件下制备的PSAMS絮凝剂对含油废水的除浊率达到95.46%;最后通过正交试验得到了PSAMS对含油废水的最优除浊条件,在最佳条件下PSAMS对含油废水的除浊率达到了97.60%。除浊效果对比表明,合成产物PSAMS除浊效果优于合成原料Al2(SO4)3、MgSO4及荆门炼油厂在用的絮凝剂PAC。 The experiment takes sodium silicate,aluminum sulfate,magnesium sulfates as raw materials to prepare the inorganic polymer flocculants PSAMS by copolymerization method.First,the effect of pH value and the content of sodium silicate(according to SiO2) on the gel time of polysilicate are studied,the optimum conditions of preparing polysilicate are determined as 2% SiO2) and pH =5.Then the impact of Si/Al molar ratio,Si/Mg molar ratio and aging time on the performance of removal turbidity of PSAMS is studied for obtaining the optimum conditions of preparation of PSAMS as Si/Mg=1∶2.5,pH=4,aging time =5.0h by orthogonal test,and turbidity removal efficiency of PSAMS prepared under the optimum conditions is 95.46%.Finally,the optimum conditions of removal turbidity of prepared PSAMS is obtained,and removal efficiency turbidity of PSAMS is 97.6% under that conditions.The contrast experiment results shows the turbidity removal efficiency of PSAMS is higher than that of Al2(SO4)3、MgSO4 and Poly Aluminium Chloride.
