摘要
目的:为尺神经临床损伤的治疗提供解剖学基础。方法:解剖观察成人肘关节标本38个,测量尺神经沟各边的长度并计算截面积,测量尺神经的横径和血供情况。结果:①尺神经沟外直角边平均长度为(10.1±1.2)mm;尺神经沟底直角边平均长度为(15.2±1.1)mm;尺神经沟斜边平均长度为(20.3±1.5)mm;②尺神经在尺神经沟内的横径为(4.7±1.0)mm;③肘部尺神经血供主要为尺侧上副动脉。结论:尺神经在尺神经沟内的位置和二者之间的直径比例是产生尺神经卡压综合征的解剖基础,尺神经的表浅位置是其临床损伤的解剖学特征。
Objective:To provide anatomical basis for treatment of damage of ulnar nerve.Method:38 adult elbow joints were dissected.The length of each border of ulnar groove was measured and the section area of ulnar groove was calculated.The transversus diameter of ulnar nerve was measured,the blood supply for ulnar nerve was observed.Results:The average length of lateral border,inferior border and oblique border of ulnar groove respectively were(10.1±1.2)mm,(15.2±1.1)mm and(20.3±1.5)mm,respectively.The transversus diameter of ulnar nerve within the ulnar groove was(4.7±1.0)mm.The blood supply for ulnar nerve in the elbow part was mainly from superior ulnar collateral artery.Conclusion:The position of ulnar nerve in ulnar groove and the diameter ratio between ulnar nerve and ulnar groove are the anatomical reasons for ulnar nerve compression syndromes.The superficial location of ulnar nerve in the body is the cause of its being injured.
