电话随访与出院指导对四肢骨折出院患者健康教育的效果评价

Value of Telephone Follow-up and Health Guidance of Discharged Patients with Limb Fractures

目的:评价电话随访与出院指导对四肢骨折出院患者健康教育的效果。方法:将102例骨折出院患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予电话随访与出院指导健康教育,对照组只行出院指导。结果:观察组患者对健康知识掌握程度满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(2χ均大于6.63,P<0.01)。结论:电话随访配合出院指导可以更好的指导患者进行自我康复训练,取得更好的生活质量,进一步提高护士的专业素养,使患者得到护理的延续。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of telephone follow-up and discharging guide on health education among discharged patients with Limb fractures.Methods:102 discharged patients with fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given to telephone follow-up and discharging guide;the control group was given to the discharge guidance of health education.Results:The satisfaction of health knowledge in observation group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The phone follow-up and health guidance can be of great value to patients' rehabilitation training and their quality of life and nurses' professional knowledge as well.
