大学生前臂双骨折对其心理状况的影响与对策

Study of Mentality of College Students with Antebrachium Double Fracture and Its Nursing Strategies

目的:探讨大学生前臂双骨折对其心理状况的影响与相应的对策。方法:选取医院5年来所诊治的大学生前臂双骨折患者30例作为观察组。采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表进行测定,分别与国内常模比较。结果:观察组抑郁自评得分及焦虑自评得分均高于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论:大学生前臂双骨折后存在焦虑、抑郁情绪,严重影响患者的康复,需要采取行之有效的护理干预。

Objective:To investigate the mentality of college students with antebrachium double fracture and its nursing strategies.Methods:There were 30 college students with antebrachium double fracture as survey group.They were studied by SAS and SDS measuring scale,and their scores were compared with that of the national prevalence value.Results:The survey group suffered a severe depression and anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusion:The college students with antebrachium double fracture may have a severe mental disorder which has a great effect on their life.Therefore,psychological help is necessary.
