壳聚糖对黄鳝非特异性免疫机能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨壳聚糖对黄鳝非特异性免疫机能的影响,以体重16.8g^24.3g的黄鳝(Monopterus albus Zuiew)为研究对象,在基础饲料中分别添加0.0、0.2、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0g/100g的虾蟹壳聚糖,在23~25℃水温下饲喂50d,在试验开始后0、10、25、50d分别测定了每组黄鳝血清的溶菌酶活性和白细胞吞噬活性。结果表明,饲料中添加0.5、1.0、1.5g/100g的壳聚糖能提高黄鳝血清中溶菌酶活性和白细胞吞噬活性,而添加2.0g/100g的壳聚糖组在第10d高于对照组,在25d和50d时则出现明显下降。 In order to observe the effect of chitosan on non-specific immune of Monopterus albus Zuiew,fish with average body weight from 16.8g to 24.3g were selected and fed on basal diets supplemented with 0.0,0.2,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0g/100g chitosan respectively.Lysozyme activities of serum and phagocytic activity of leucocyte in speed were tested every 0d,10d,25d and 50d.The results showed that the diets supplemented with 0.5,1.0,1.5g/100g chitosan efficiently advanced lysozyme activities and phaogocytic activities.The vaule of lysozyme activities and phagocytic activity were greater when tested at 10 day than those tested at 25 day and 50 day.
