摘要
血脑屏障(BBB)是维持脑内环境稳定和避免有害物质入侵脑组织所必须的膜性结构。脑微血管内皮细胞之间的紧密连接是BBB的结构基础,是保持BBB完整性的重要因素。紧密连接结构是由胞浆黏附蛋白、claudin、occludin、连接黏附分子和tricellulin共同组成的。外伤、缺血、缺氧、感染、免疫及理化因素等均可能引起紧密连接结构及功能发生改变,造成BBB损害,导致BBB的通透性升高,进而引起脑水肿。本文拟对血脑屏障的分子组成研究进展进行综述。
The blood-brain barrier(BBB) is essential for maintaining brain homeostasis and protecting the brain from toxic substances.Tight junction in brain microvascular endothelial cells is the basis of BBB and an important factor for its integrity.The major components of this barrier include zonula occludins protein,occludins,claudins,junction adherence molecalar and tricellulin.Wound,ischemia,oxygen-poor,infection,immunity and the physical and chemical factors all can change the structure and function of tight junction,and thus damage the BBB.This article reviews the study progress on molecular composition of BBB.
