The research advancement in the therapeutic drugs against Alzheimer's disease

摘要 阿尔茨海默病目前缺乏有效的治疗方法,胆碱酯酶抑制剂和N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸受体拮抗剂可部分改善临床症状,但其它在研药物尚未显示有明显疗效。免疫治疗取得一些研究进展,但仍有待临床验证。本文概要介绍近年来阿尔茨海默病治疗药物的研究进展。 There is still no extremely effective treatment for Alzheimer＇s disease.Central acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist can partially improve patient＇s symptoms.However,the other investigating drugs have not yet been identified to be effective.Some progress has been made in immunotherapy,but further clinical studies are required.This article reviews the progress in medications of Alzheimer＇s disease.
