不同添加剂与污水污泥混合好氧堆肥实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别以木屑、芦苇和堆肥熟料为添加剂,对污水厂脱水污泥进行好氧堆肥实验研究.研究结果表明,以堆肥熟料为添加剂,1天内堆体即可升至最高温度,10天后堆肥可达稳定化要求,堆体55℃以上时间可保持4天以上,完全可以达到卫生化要求.同时,以熟料为添加剂,不仅提高了堆肥速度,缩短了堆肥时间,还可替代木屑等外源性添加剂,简化了工艺流程,降低了运行成本.最后,实验还研究了污泥与熟料混合堆肥植物营养学指标的变化,产品中有机质含量34.6g/kg,氮、磷、钾的含量分别为22.0gN/kg,11.1gP2O5/kg和12.9gK2O/kg,营养物质含量丰富,完全满足作为园林绿化用营养土、有机肥基质等标准要求. Aerobic composting experiments of sewage sludge were performed using saw dust,bulrush and matured sludge as different addictives.The results showed that matured sludge can make temperature of the material rise to the peak value rapidly in just 1day,and the sludge was stabilized at most 10 days.The products were disinfected for temperature of the material above 55℃ was kept for at least 4 days(can kill nearly all the pathogens).Using matured sludge as addictives can not only accelerate startup of fermentation and shorten reaction time,but also simplify composting process and save the operation cost.The composting product using matured as addictives contains plenty of organic matter(346g/kg),nitrogen(22.0gN/kg),phosphor(11.1g P2O5/kg) and potassium(12.9gK2O/kg),which was acceptable for plant food and medium for organic fertilizer.
