摘要
考虑安徽省普通高考网上评卷现场的电脑维修问题,就一组电脑配备单个维修人员和多个维修人员两种情形,在假定相继发生的事件间的间隔时间服从指数分布的条件下,从等待维修的电脑的期望台数和空闲的维修人员的期望个数两个方面得出后一种情形下电脑得到了更有效的维修.
This paper considered the problem of servicing of computers in the net marking site of the entrance examination for university of Anhui Province.In the two cases of single repairman and several repairmen and on the assumption that the time required for servicing the computer is again taken as a random variable with a exponential distribution,it was obtained that the computers are serviced more efficiently in the last case from two aspects of the expected number of computers in waiting line and the expected number of repairmen idle.
