摘要
光镜下观察单宁酸——氯化铁法媒染的肝内微血管构筑。方法:用单宁酸配制的混合媒染固定液灌流大鼠,取肝脏冰冻切片,入氯化铁溶液中呈色。结果:肝小叶中央静脉、肝血窦以及小叶间动、静脉、小叶下静脉均显示良好,肝小叶周边有很多横断面的血窦,肝板较饱满,窦壁上有许多细丝缠绕。结论:单宁酸——氯化铁法可很好地显示肝内微血管构筑,小叶周边存在与中央静脉平行的血窦。
Objective:To investigate the hepatic microvascular architecture in rats.Methods:the tannic acid ferric chlorde method was used to stain the microvessels.after perfusion of rats with tannic acid and fixative solution,the livers of the rats were taken out,and then cut them into serial thin section of 50 75μm by frozen section method.At last,the sections were put in the ferric chloride solution for staining.Results:The central vein of hepatic lobule,the hepatic sinusoeds,the portal space with its characteristic artery and vein as well as sublobular vein were well manifested in the liver.Many cross section of sinusoids were presented at the borders between the hepatic lobules,and hepatic plates were plumper.Many very fine fibers around the sinusoid wall could be seen clearly.Conclusion:The microvascular architecture in the liver was well manifested by tannic acid ferric method.It is proved that the sinusoid at the periphery of the hepatic lobules was parallel to the central vein.the investigation abbout microvascular architceture in the liver will make a significant contribution to clinical diagnosis and treatment for haemangionma.
