随着国网公司"SG186"信息化建设的深入、业务系统的不断上线,迫切需要有信息系统的监管系统对其进行支撑。通过对信息系统监管平台的建设研究,达到对电力公司本部、地市,甚至县级信息部门的所有内网IT设备和应用系统进行实时监测、统一展现、运维流程的标准化管理及闭环控制的目的,提升信息系统运行效率、服务质量和运维管理水平,降低运维成本,确保信息系统安全稳定运行。
