基质金属蛋白酶3在腰椎间盘退变中的研究

摘要 腰椎间盘退变是腰椎间盘突出、腰椎管狭窄、慢性下腰痛等疾病的重要病理基础。腰椎间盘退变的机制较为复杂,目前研究认为其主要病理改变为髓核细胞的减少与细胞外基质的降解。
