PBL教学法在心血管内科教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨心血管内科的教学方法。方法:从2008年开始对冠心病等心血管内科有关章节使用以问题为基础的教学法。以典型病例为载体,紧紧围绕疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗方法和预后等提出若干问题安排教学内容;在教学方法上,以学生为中心,以课堂讨论为重点,教师采用课前设问引导,课堂讨论点评和课后答疑总结三环节紧扣教学法。结果:通过问卷调查显示,学生对该部分内容和此种教学方法很感兴趣、感兴趣和不感兴趣的比例分别为32%、62%及6%。结论:对心血管内科部分章节使用PBL教学法有利于提高心血管内科的教学水平。
