摘要
针对目前在风力发电机组传动装置中广泛应用的NGW型行星齿轮传动,阐述了其传动特点。结合1.5MW风力发电机组变桨减速机的设计,对多级行星轮系传动设计的重点及难点,给出了关键设计原则及一般性经验结论。应用Romax Designer虚拟原型工具进行了薄弱环节的齿轮强度分析及齿面形状优化,并通过均载机构的应用提高了多级行星齿轮传动的效率。最后设计了功率开放型齿轮箱试验装置,并通过型式试验验证了设计的合理性。
The characteristics of NGW planetary gear sets widely used in WTGs are introduced.With the design of pitch reducer for 1.5 MW WTGs,some of the key design principles and general experienced conclusions for the important and difficult points of multi-stage planetary gear transmission are given.Gear tooth strength of the weak stage is analyzed and the tooth face shape is optimized by the application of virtual prototyping tools Romax Designer.By the use of uniform load mechanism,the efficiency of the multi-stage planetary gear transmission is improved.Furthermore,the reasonability of design is proved by the prototype testing.
