论我国社区矫正体系的合理化运行

社区矫正制度和工作主要围绕着社区矫正主体、对象和客体落实展开,在认清我国社区矫正现实存在的不足,明确主客体、对象之间的作用关系之后,提出我国社区矫正体系合理化运行的构想,即在专门机构、专业人员的引导下,建立人身危险性的评估机制,主要通过心理矫治的方式开展对罪犯的矫正。
