肺泡蛋白沉着症8例临床分析及文献复习

Clinical analysis for alveolar proternisis(8 cases)with literature rewiewde

目的探讨全麻下全肺灌洗治疗疗效。方法回顾性分析8例肺泡蛋白沉着症患者。结果 8例患者,男性4例,平均年龄44.4岁。8例均在全麻下行全肺灌洗治疗,7例分别进行了双肺灌洗87.5%(7/8),1例单侧肺灌洗12.5%(1/8)。术后咳嗽、肺部湿啰音25%(2/8),术后发热12.5%(1/8),术中出现哮鸣音12.5%(1/8)。术后咳嗽、气短明显改善100%(8/8),紫钳有所改善100%(8/8)。动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度、弥散功能均有提高改善100%(8/8)。肺部影像学改善75%(6/8)。结论全麻下全肺灌洗治疗是目前治疗肺泡蛋白沉着症的最有效的方法。

Objective To study the effectivenss of as a PAP treatment. Methods 8 patients with PAP were analyzed retrospecthly.Results There were 4 cases male patients of 8 cases,the average age was 44.4,and 8 cases tood bronchoalveolav lavage under general anesthesia.7 cases took bronchoalveolav lavage of both sides respectively 87.5%（7/8）,one cart took bronchoalveolav lavage of one side 12.5%（1/8）.Cough and crakles after treament 25%（2/8）.Fever after treatment 12.5%（1/8）.Rhonchi during treatment 12.5%（1/8）.Cough and shortnees of breath obriously relieaved after treatment 100%（8/8）.Cyanosis Partialy relevad 100%（8/8）.PaO2,SO2 different function inqrorement 100%（8/8）.Lung imaging improvement 75%（6/8）.Conclusion Bromchoalveolar lavage under general anesthesia is the most effective way in treating PAP at present.
