抑甲注射液治疗Graves突眼的临床疗效

Clinical study on Yi-Jia injection in treatment of Graves' exophthalmos

目的:观察抑甲注射液治疗Graves病及对Graves突眼的临床疗效.方法;采用抑甲注射液甲状腺注射治疗Grave病312例,其中伴有突眼者213例,治疗前后自身对照.结果:312例Grave病中治愈306例(98%),显效6例(2%);其中213例伴有突眼者中突眼恢复正常200例(94%),突眼好转13例(6%),总有效率100%,平均治疗天数39.3d,治疗中及治疗后观察、随访未发现全身不良反应、甲亢复发和突眼加重.结论:抑甲注射液在治疗Graves病的同时,对Graves突眼也有较好的疗效.

AIM: To observe the clinical effect of Yi-Jia injection in the treatment of Graves' disease and Graves' exophthalmos. METHODS: The Yi-Jia injection was adminis-trated in 312 cases of Graves' disease including 213 cases of exophthalmos compared the pre-treatment with posttreatment in the same patients. RESULTS: In the 312 treated patients with Graves' disease, there were 306 cases (98%) cured, 6 cases (2%) with significant ef-fect. In these 312 cases, 213 patients with exophthalmos and 200 cases (94%) of them were returned to normal, 13 cases improved (6%). The total effective rate was 100%. Average treatment duration was 39. 3 d. No significant toxic and side effects were found, recurrent hyperthyroidism and exacerbation of exophthalmos were found during and after treatment. CONCLUSION : There is better effect on exophthalmos concomitantly in the treatment of Graves' disease with Yi-jia injection.
