论公共选择理论视域中教育与国家的关系

The Relationship between Education and State from the Perspective of Public Choice Theory

教育与国家的关系是当前教育改革发展的本源性问题之一。公共选择学派对教育与国家关系的探讨以公共教育制度为载体,主张现代资本主义国家是政府官僚利益的维护者,公共教育问题的根源在于直接民主控制下的官僚制度,公共教育制度重建的有效路径在于走向市场自主控制的公共制度的"选择"。公共选择学派的教育与国家关系理论以其特定的历史性与境遇性对西方教育改革产生了重要影响,同时也为我国当下的教育改革实践提供了一定的启示。

The relationship between education and state is one of essential issues of educanonal reform ana development. The School of Public Choice explores the education-state relationship concerning on public education system,puts forward that modem state is the defender of the interests of government bureaucrats,the root of problems of public education lies in the direct control of democracy bureaucracy,therefore,the effective approach to reconstruct system of public education is towards independent control of market. The theory of education-state relationship from the perspective of public choice theory is come forth in its special period and situation and has given important influences on educational reform in the west,and also can provide us with some implications for educational reform currently.
