摘要 目的:研究病人自控镇痛(PCA)时吗啡(Mor)的药物动力学,监测Mor在硬膜外麻醉病人自控镇痛时以负荷剂量-持续注射(LCP)模式给药时血药浓度的波动情况.方法:采用放射免疫法测定Mor血药浓度.结果:Mor iv时符合开放型二室模型.在 LCP模式给药时,Mor的平均血药浓度在273.94~74.5μg/L之间,此时镇痛效果良好.病人无明显不良反应.结论:本实验为Mor应用于LCP模式中的安全性提供一定的理论依据. AIM: To report the pharmacokinetics of morphine in patients controlled anal-gesia and the change of serum concentration by time in 8 patients in the mode of loading con-tinued patients (LCP). METHODS: A radioimmunoassay method was used for the determi-nation of morphine in the patient's serum. RESULTS: The concentration-time curve was fit-ted with a two compartment model. The patients had a good analgesic effect and no signifi-cant adverse drug reactions when the serum concentration of morphine was between 273. 94-74. 5 μg/L. CONCLUSION: The model of PCA (LCP) is safe.
