摘要
以钛酸四丁酯、正硅酸乙酯和硝酸铅为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Pb2+-SiO2-TiO2复合催化剂,分别用X射线衍射(XRD)、UV-Vis和FT-IR对其进行了表征;以模拟太阳光下甲基橙的光催化降解为模型反应,对Pb2+改性硅钛复合材料的光催化活性进行了评价。结果表明:Pb2+最佳掺杂量为1.5%(质量分数),最佳热处理温度为500℃。用Pb2+-SiO2-TiO2催化剂光催化降解浓度10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液,反应3 h后甲基橙的降解率达90.0%以上。
Pb2+-SiO2-TiO2 composite catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method using materials of tetrabutyl titanate,tetraetethyl orthosilicate and lead nitrate.Properties of the catalyst were characterized by techniques of XRD,UV-Vis and FT-IR.In addition,the photocatalytic activities of Pb2+ doped silicon-titanium composite samples were evaluated by the model of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange under simulated sunlight.The results showed that the optimum doping concentration was 1.5%(mass fraction) and the heat treatment temperature was 500 ℃.The photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange(10 mg/L) could reach above 90.0% under simulated sunlight after 3 h.
