烟囱砖砌体裂缝产生的力学机制

摘要 针对电厂烟囱砖砌体常出现裂缝的现象,利用在极坐标下弹性力学基本方程,推导出烟囱砖砌体的环向应力和应变与材料热膨胀系数、弹性模量、温度之间的关系,分析了烟囱砖砌体裂缝与环向应力和应变、轴向变形约束的关系,提出了防治裂缝产生的6项措施。 The brick's crack problems in chimney was studied.By theory of elasticity,the relationship among the brick's stresses and strains,thermal expansion coefficients,elastic modulus,and temperature was conducted.The relationship among brick's cracks,stresses,strains,and axial constraints was also investigated.The main reasons of emerging the brick's cracks was found,and six methods of preventing the brick's cracks were raised.The results could be used to design and make the bricks in chimney.
