摘要
研究了Nano-SiO2掺量和混凝土强度对掺Nano-SiO2混凝土耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:Nano-SiO2的掺入对混凝土28 d龄期的耐磨性能有提高作用,优选提高混凝土耐磨性能的Nano-SiO2掺入量为1.0%~1.5%。在Nano-SiO2掺入量为0~1.0%时,掺Nano-SiO2混凝土的耐磨度随其抗压强度的增加而线性增加;在Nano-SiO2掺入量为Ns=1.5%~3.0%时,掺Nano-SiO2混凝土的耐磨度和其抗压强度呈曲线关系,并无一定的规律,可能是Nano-SiO2掺入量增加造成混凝土的和易性大大降低,从而影响了混凝土的强度。
The effect of admixtures amount of Nano-SiO2 and intensity of concrete on the wear resistant ability of concrete were investigated.The results showed that the wear resistant ability was improved when mixed Nano-SiO2 into the concrete at 28 d curing age,and the optimal selection mixture ratio was 1.0%-1.5%.The wear resistant ability increased linearly with increasing of compressive strength when Nano-SiO2 mixed proportion was 0-1.0%.While the ratio added up to 1.5%-3%,the two mentioned above had a irregular curve relationship,the potential reason was adding Nano-SiO2 to concrete greatly decreased its workability.
