体外冲击波碎石术在儿童泌尿系结石中的应用 被引量:3

Application of Extrocorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Treatment in Pediatric Urolithiasis

摘要 体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)是治疗泌尿系结石的划时代进步,经过10余年在小儿泌尿系结石治疗中的研究,已证实儿童ESWL在良好的麻醉辅助下,掌握好ESWL指征和碎石技术是安全有效的方法,上尿路结石清除率达60%~90%,可作为儿童泌尿系结石治疗的一线手段推广。
