丙型肝炎病毒抗原在人肝癌细胞系Hep3B中的表达

Experimental Studies of the Expression of HCV Antigens in the Hep3B Cell Line

目的:研究HCV-NS3和NS5在体外感染的人肝痛细胞系Hep3B中的表达情况。方法:用定量的HCV RNA阳性血清感染Hep3B细胞,应用SABC免疫组化法检测HCV-NS3和HCV-NS5抗原在其感染细胞中的表达情况。结果:在感染后的72小时,第1、2、3和4用的Hep3B细胞膜、细胞浆或细胞核上发现HCV-NS3和HCV-NS5抗原的阳性信号。结论:HCV能够在Hep3B细胞系中表达NS3和NS5抗原。

Aim: To study the expression of the HCV non-structure 3 and 5 antigens in the Hep3B cell line in vitro. Method: The Hep 3 B cell was incubated with a HCV RNA positive serum. The SABC immunological technique was employed to examine for the viral proteins in the cells. Result: The HCV non-structure 3 and 5 antigens were first detected in the Hep3B cells at 72 hours post incubation. The antigens were continuously observed in the cytoplasm or on the men-brane as well on the cell wall of the Hep3B cells even after 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks post incubation. Concluson; HCV non-structure 3 and 5 antigens can be expressed in the Hep3B cell line.
