摘要
目的:探讨扶正抗癌方(简称CM)对大鼠移植性肝癌病理形态学及超微结构的作用。方法:用大鼠移植性肝癌模型对CM进行研究,观察使用CM后瘤组织在光镜及电镜下的形态变化。结果:光镜下见瘤细胞肿胀、变形,轻度坏死者占6/10;中度坏死者占1/10;重度坏死者占0/10。透射电镜下见瘤细胞呈现凋亡征象。结论:CM有杀灭肿瘤细胞的作用及诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的效应。
Aim: To explore the change of pathomorphology and ultrastructure on rats with implanted carcinoma Methods: The rats with implanted hepatoma were treated with CM. Results:①Under optical microscope a few tumor cells of CM group were swelling and defomating. The necrosis rate was as follows: slight 6/10.moderate 1/10 and heavy 0/10; ②Under the electric microscope the cellular opoptosis signs could be seen in the tumor of CM group. Conclusion: CM has the functions of killing tumor cells and inducing tumor cells opoptosis.
