Take the security communications of formula data of PVC production for example,a remote monitoring system of HMI database based on Internet was described.The system would combine the HMI communication function and network security communication module,security transport and monitoring for the information of remote HMI database was realized through the Internet.The function of security communication module and method of industrial data security transmission in network,how to establish the security communication between computer and remote HMI were expounded.After application,this system was proved as a safe,reliable and easy-used system.The technique could be easily transplanted to various types of smart electric apparatus applications,so it was worthy to be popularized.
