2型糖尿病危险因素的Logistic回归分析

Logistic regression analysis on risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的 了解我国成人糖尿病（２型）患病率以及不同年龄、文化水平、地理环境、职业人群糖尿病的流行特点及其与膳食营养、经济水平、吸烟、饮酒、体力活动等因素的关系，为评估我国糖尿病流行趋势并采取相应的预防措施提供依据。方法 利用全国糖尿病流行病学调查资料，根据ＷＨＯ诊断标准对２０～７０岁居民共４２７５１人进行糖尿病和糖耐量分组。并利用非条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析［１］ 进行危险的因素分析。结果 筛选出９个对糖尿病发生有危险因素，分别为年龄大于４０岁、腰臀围比大于０．９、具有糖尿病家族史、有心脑血管高血脂病史者、女性发病高于男性、文化水平低、轻体力活动者以及大量吸烟者。对于糖耐量低减筛选出７个危险因素，除性别、家族史和吸烟指数外，其他因素与糖尿病相同。

Objective To understand the incidence of type 2 adult diabetes mellitus (DM) in China, epidemiological characteristics of different age, education level, geographical conditions, and occupation population, and the relation of DM with dietary nutrition, economic level, smoking, drinking and exercise so as to provide evidence for evaluatng vDM epidemiological trend for our country and taking corresponding prevention.Methods Using eleven provinces data of epidemiology survey, we classified the DM and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) according to diagnostic criteria recommended by WHO on a total number of 42751 Chinese persons aged 20～74 years and made analysis of risk factor with unconditional logistic regression.Results We selected nine risk factors for DM, which were age (>40 years old), ratio of waist to buttocks(>0 9), family history, cardiovascular and hyperlipidemia diseases history, sex, education level, slight exercise and heavy smoking. But IGT had only seven risk factors and they were the same as DM except factor of sex, family history and smoking.Conclusion The key points to prevent and control the risk factors should be different between DM and TGT.
